5 Reasons eBook Authors
Should Use Teleseminars To Create
More eBook Profits
1. eBook authors should do teleseminars
because it’s a wonderful way to build rapport with your readers.
What if someone has read your ebook, or they are thinking about it, or
they’ve never even heard of it? In all 3 cases it’s a great way to
build rapport.
We all know if you meet someone face to face
you are going to have a good connection
The next best connection is voice to voice, so
if you can’t meet someone face to face like you would at a book
signing, go with the next best connection and that’s teleseminars.
When you do teleseminars, people can hear the
passion in your voice when you are talking - people can hear how
excited you are about something (unless you are talking in a
monotone and don’t have any excitement in your voice.)
2. You can invite your friends to the
teleseminar. If they’ve heard you once, they are likely to listen to
you again.
3. There are replays so if they miss you, they
can go back and listen, which you can’t do at a book signing so you
have a much better opportunity to connect with people.
4. Teleseminars also build your credibility
because you are now a guest and being interviewed by somebody else,
so it puts you on another level. We assume someone being interviewed
has a slight rise in status because they are being
interviewed.
And when you ask people, 81% say they want to
write an ebook or book but less than 1% ever will ,and that’s another
reason we look up to authors and it gives them more credibility and
status; because they’ve actually done it and they are authors.
5. Plus, if you’re scared of technology,
teleseminars are a great way to go: everyone knows how to use a
phone. You don’t have to worry about the technology, it’s
comfortable and familiar.
