Here are two more email tips to streamline your
operation.
1. When you do sign up for email lists, don't use your
name and main email address. Get another email address
so that if you decide to opt out nobody will know it was
you. That way you won't offend anyone.
2. Make sure to white list the emails you want and be
sure to check your junk mail folder at least a couple
times a week so you don't miss important emails. I find
that no matter how hard I try, some important emails
always end up in the junk folder!
These tips will make emails much more manageable.

I just came back from my first yoga class in
over twenty years! And it really felt good. I'd been
thinking that I needed to make some changes, but then listening
to Terri Levine talking about working yourself happy
really clinched it for me.

I have to admit that I'm a workaholic,
although in the music business it NEVER felt like work! I was
having a great time and loved everything I was doing!
But on the Internet, there are
days that I spend in tech hell and then it feels like work!
And because it was starting to wear on me I bought Tim Ferris's
book, The 4 Hour Work Week and what I discovered about
myself is that I really wouldn't know what to do with myself if
I weren't working!
Now that I'm making a really good income,
that's not the issue for me anymore. The issue is how many
hours I spend doing things I don't enjoy that keep me from
spending more hours doing the things I do enjoy! And creating
more time to do things outside of work that I enjoy.
So today I took a baby step, but it was huge
because I put work aside and did something for myself.
It's about balance and that's just as important as work! If
you're burnt out, it's hard to be productive.
So that's something you want to avoid!

Q. I’m a bit stuck regarding interactivity. I know how to make
pdf versions of existing documents, (like I could covert the
existing book into an e-book in one click) but would love to have
our e-books interactive and am having trouble figuring out how to do
that with the tools I have: MacOSX, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe
Creative Suite.
